From Suffolk County
Take I-495 to exit 49S towards NY-110 S/Amityville. Merge onto the North Service Road. Turn left onto Broadhollow Road (Route 110) and continue until you reach 576 Broad Hollow Road. Turn into the parking lot.
From New York City and Nassau County
Take I-495 East to Exit 49S towards NY-110 S/Amityville. Merge onto the South Service road. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Broadhollow Road (Route 110),
Continue until you reach 576 Broad Hollow Road.
By Train:
Take the Ronkonkoma Branch of the LIRR to the Farmingdale Station (approximately 10 minutes from the office).
