Ira M. Margolis has been a practicing lawyer in the State of New York for more than forty years. As a founding member of the firm of Eisenberg & Margolis, he has focused his practice in the fields of Corporate, Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, and Litigation. Until 2003, he maintained offices in the Woolworth Building in New York City, and he continues to represent numerous individual and business clients in the City. He is admitted to the Bars in the State of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Margolis is General Legal Counsel for a number of corporate entities. He continues to represent individuals and developers in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including condominiums and cooperatives. In the field of commercial transactions he represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses. He also counsels his clients and prepares documents necessary for the formation of various business entities. Mr. Margolis works with Mr. Eisenberg & Mrs. Maldonado regarding commercial litigation.
As all attorneys in the firm, Mr. Margolis provides personal attention to client’s matters and is personally in touch with all clients on a regular basis regarding their matters.
