Andrea L. Maldonado became an Associate Attorney with the firm of Eisenberg & Margolis, LLP in 2005. She became a partner in 2009 and is now the managing partner of Eisenberg Margolis & Maldonado, PLLC. Her primary practice areas are Estate Administration/Litigation and Estate and Medicaid planning. Mrs. Maldonado also represents clients of the firm in areas of Elder law, Matrimonial/Family Law, and Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Mrs. Maldonado earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in 1991, and her Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School in 1994. During her legal career, Mrs. Maldonado has conducted numerous bench and jury trials, as well as hundreds of mediations, arbitrations, and hearings involving a wide variety of legal issues.
Mrs. Maldonado is a member of the Bars of the States of New York and Maryland, and of the District of Columbia.
